While his expertise and primary focus is on real estate in the mountain communities of Clear Creek, Jefferson and Park counties, Andrew also regularly serves clients in Metro Denver and all along Colorado’s Front Range.  Conversant in issues specific to mountain, equestrian, and luxury estates, Andrew brings a unique passion and work ethic to each transaction that ensures a more satisfying, less anxious experience for his clients.

As a Past-Chair of the Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS® and a past chair of the MMAR Scholarships and Schools Committee, Andrew provides local leadership to both the public and REALTOR® communities.  Additionally, he is the Managing Broker of the Evergreen and Conifer RE/MAX Alliance offices.

During his 2009-2010 term as Chair, Andrew first imagined and then saw to fruition a new designation called the Certified Mountain Area Specialist™ (CMAS).  In its first year, 96 mountain area agents completed the 19 hours of education necessary to obtain the designation.   He is also accredited by and a founding member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.  The Institute has recently awarded Andrew with the Million Dollar Guild recognition.  In 2013, Andrew was recognized in 5280 Magazine as a 5 Star Real Estate Agent.  This award is given to the top 7% of Real Estate Agents in the Denver area, selected by their own clients.  In addition, Andrew was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2015.

Deeply committed to his local community, Andrew  is a member of the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce, the Evergreen Rodeo Association and President of Intermountain Horse Association.  In 2008, Andrew co-founded the Blue Spruce Habitat for Humanity’s Hard Hats and High Heels annual fundraiser with his wife, Heather.

A resident since 1972, Broker Associate Heather McWilliams works alongside Andrew.  With an intimate knowledge of local land, homes and history; the mountains, wildlife and life in a small town are dear to her. She is readily available to help people and families to find their place and story here.   Service and truly helping people are instinctive for Heather, while including the latest tools in technology and marketing to assist their clients accomplish their real estate goals with optimal results.

Heather also worked in real estate for her mom, Roz Updegraff-Timon, who retired from RE/MAX Alliance after 27 years in mountain area real estate. Heather is an avid equestrian, trail riding on our abundant and amazing mountain trails, as well as showing their horses in Eventing and western ranch events. Heather started the annual Colorado Corral Ranch Race at the Evergreen Rodeo Grounds, adding in Western Dressage in 2014.

Heather holds a B.S. in Equine Science from Colorado State University and writes the “horse column” aka Colorado Corral for the Colorado Serenity magazine. They created the MtnHomes4Horses.com website to help keep local horse people connected through a business directory, trail guide, blog and event calendar as well as to assist buyers and sellers of horse property with specific tools.   She is a passionate supporter of at risk children, as well as keeping the younger generations connected to animals, nature and agriculture. Andrew and Heather have two sons as well as a menagerie of four legged animals.
